Can we plan roles nobody fills yet?

Yes. You can add an allocation without a named consultant, and the need shows in the plan until someone is staffed on it.

How does resource planning connect to time reporting?

The plan pre-fills the time sheet, and reported time is then compared with the plan. Nobody moves anything between systems.

Does Hedda replace our PSA system?

For many consultancies, yes. Hedda has customers, engagements, staffing, time and margin, with the employee at the centre rather than the hourly rate. You still send invoices from your finance system.
