In Hedda the time sheet is pre-filled from the staffing plan. The consultant adjusts what turned out differently and submits the month. The same hours then become payroll basis, billing basis and margin, with no exports and no spreadsheets.

Can we report time on the phone?
Yes. Hedda works in the phone's browser, so consultants can report from anywhere without installing anything.
Do time sheets need approval?
Hedda does not rely on approval in several steps. The consultant submits the whole month, the project manager closes their engagement and payroll locks the hours. If something needs changing, the month is reopened.
Can different employees have different working hours?
Yes. Each person has their own working-time percentage, which can change from a given date. The time sheet, flex and holiday entitlement all count with it.
